Calling On Inner Natural Storytelling
In Book One, we asked you to show us your creativity. For Book Two, we want to encourage something a bit more in the spirit of H.P. Lovecraft -- we want you to tap the Eldritch storyteller in you and share it with everyone else. As storytellers we believe we can use anything under the Sun to tell our story, and so we believe you can too. No messy self-addressed envelopes this time around, just a quick email to inquiry at this blog's domain with a link to where we can enjoy your EE creation and the address where we should send your participatory commemoration. Those of you who have already been telling stories can count yourself a step ahead of crowd.
We've got a mystery to share with you, too. We don't want to show you the back yet, even though there isn't anything on the back you haven't already experienced. Sometimes, though, what you choose to focus on from a Book makes a detail suddenly more significant. We owe it to you let that discovery come first from inside the narrative rather than from a commemoration of it. You'll have an opportunity early in Book 3 to clarify your understanding of something you already know, and when that happens what's on the back will seem more natural and less like a reveal.

To be clear, do you want stories specific to Eldritch Errors i.e. recountings of our experiences? Fan fiction? Interpretative dance of BA's dreams?
Or do you want stories of a similar genre to EE that we've written?
Yes!
So then if I already have been writing an in-game summary of the entire story, I could use that, yes? (http://www.fictionpress.com/s/2415997/1/)
In any case I intend on finishing a story I've begun today: a recreation of a dream I had last night, strangely enough. It was the first true nightmare I've had in a long time. Would either of these not work? Or are you not being picky? :p
Absolutely, Dav, I was thinking about your story (and all the photos and videos) as being an example of being a step ahead. The goal isn't to make a bunch of busy work for you folks during the holidays, it is to get the items into the right hands while letting you ooh and ahh over each other's creativity again.
Hey Brian,
Is there a deadline for this project? This being the holidays and all, time is at a premium and I *may* actually get some time to work on this the last week of the year :p
No time limit at all, Celina :)
Did you know that H.R. Giger's Necronomicon art book was inspired by both Lovecraft and his own nightmares? It passed those nightmares on, since Ridley Scott ended up hiring Giger to bring those sketches to life for Alien. I bring this up as a reminder that unlocking the inner storyteller doesn't necessarily have to mean that fictive text is what comes out as a result.
Personally, I'm looking the most forward now to JJason's interpretative dance of BA's dreams :)
That was a threat, not a promise.
*cough* Address is fixed. I must remember to change defaults on this bloody new server-level spam filter for each new account created and not just rely on UNIX shell :)
And here I just thought nobody loved us.
Ok, this is WolfHawk. I don't know where to put this but here is a link to my EE story:

Alright... I've tried the email 3 times now with the instructions to reply to me if you get it so I can be sure it went through. I haven't received any emails in reply, so I'm going to check it through this medium. The email is inquiryATschmeldritch.com, yes? Because when I email and say REPLY PLEASE I don't get a reply. Just wanted to check.
Hey guys!
We are loving what we've seen so far. I'm sure that Brian will get a post up soon saying as much.
I don't know what the email problems were, but Dav, you are correct that the address is inquiryATschmeldritch (I checked by sending and receiving email from it, so it's definitely working now). An email was sent to all the submissions we received through there. If you haven't gotten one, then something evil happened and we didn't get it. If you could resend it, that would be great - just be sure to include the link and your mailing address when you do.
Alright... I sent another email. I pray it works out this time. Can't imagine why it wouldn't, which is what confuses me. Just in case, here's the link to my work: http://z3.invisionfree.com/Planar_Chaos/index.php?showtopic=43
It's an RP that is set in 1926, and it's based off of much of Lovecraft's work. Called FEAR.
Just wondering, while it wasn't intended for this, would Providence Radio qualify UnknownWarrior33 and I for coins?
